Spinach Chilli Cheese Omelet - Keto version


Ingredients:

  1. Egg - 2
  2. Onion - 1/2 medium 
  3. Spinach
  4. Coconut Oil - 2 TBSP
  5. Chilli Flakes - 1/2 TBSP
  6. Salt
  7. Turmeric Powder - 1/4 TSP (Optional)

Preparation Method:


1. Take broken eggs in a bowl, add in finely chopped, onion, spinach, turmeric powder, salt, chili flakes and mix it well.



2. Heat the Pan / Kadai in medium flame and rub it with a tsp of coconut oil (Oil of your preference).


3. Now add the egg mixture along and cook it on low flame for 1 min.


4. Flip it over and cook the other side on low flame for another min.



5. Now add a handful of shredded cheese of your choice and add it on the top side of the omelet/omelette. Fold them in half and press it. Switch off the flame and leave it in the pan for 1 min.





This spinach omelet / Omelette is a great way to fill in your stomach with good fat and protein. Iron protein-rich omelet recipe can be used for normal diet or KETO diet as well.
