Easy Caramel Pudding without oven



Ingredients:

1. Milk - 2 cups
2. Brown Sugar / Nattu Sakkarai or Sugar - 2 tablespoons
3. Eggs - 2
4. Vanilla Essence



Preparation method:
1. For Caramelizing, take a pan and add 1/4 cup sugar into it along with 3 tablespoons of water. Heat it in medium flame and stir occasionally until it is completely brown. 



2. Heat it in low flame when it is completely brown.



3. Once the caramel is done, pour it into the vessels as a base and leave it aside.



4. Now Take a bowl and add all the ingredients provided along with the remaining 3/4 cup of sugar. 

5. Whisk the ingredients until they are completely mixed well without any lumps.

6. Pour the mixture into the bowls which contain the caramel base and cover them with aluminum foils or a plate.

7. Add water to a steamer and place the bowls inside. Cover it and cook in high flame for 10 mins and then in low flame for another 10 mins.

8. Once switched off, take out the bowls and keep them inside the fridge for 3 hours or inside the freezer for 1 hour and take out in the plate for serving.



Note: It tastes better with cream and fruits or with ice cream. This is an easy dessert and a healthy one too.
