Mango Smoothie / Mambala Koozh

Ingredients:

1. Mangoes - 1 Medium (Any sweet variety)
2. Milk - 1 small cup
3. Brown Sugar / Nattu Sakkarai or Sugar - 2 tablespoons
4. Chia Seeds / Sabja seeds - 1/4 tablespoon


Preparation method:

1. Soak the chia seeds in water for a few minutes.

2. Blend the cut mangoes, milk and brown sugar together to a thick paste.


3. Serve the mango smoothie with chilled cut mangoes and chia seeds toppings.



Mangoes are heaven to taste in any form. This dessert is an absolute treat to the sweet tooth after a good meal or this can be taken as breakfast. I used a mango variety called Sendhuram.
